I'm a big Morrison fan but i cant see him doing much on RAW main event wise. Youve got Cena, Batista, Sheamus, Edge, Jericho, Orton, HHH - i just dont see him getting a shot at the gold between that lot. Big dissapointment he moved because i think Chritian/Kofi Kingston would make two great opponents on Smackdown.
I do think he needs to improve his mic work. He comes across to me as abit unatral and geeky, doesnt feel as though hes comftable. It was a battle for HBK to get to the top being a small, athletic guy with high fyling moves - i think it will probably be even harder for Morrison become a World champion.
All i would say about Morrison on RAW that without HHH around.... he is the 3rd Face of RAW behing Cena & Orton. It looks like Orton and Edge will take up each others time for a bit and i kinda expect Sheamus to go after Cena again. Thats why i'd love Batista to really put Morrison over. I see it as very similar to what HHH did for Jeff Hardy not so long ago.
Morrison needs that "big" feud IMO and maybe beating Batista clean on PPV would be just the ticket for him.
If he has just come to feud with Miz, then he is no better off than he was on SD. He needs to be on the fringes of teh World Title picture.... not the US title. Although i could maybe see him as a transitional champion as a way to get the belt on Dibiase and add heat to a non-title Miz/Morrison feud.
