Another former WWE thing...

 :whogivesafuck:

I think Haas and Shelton are talented and deserve more than they got in WWE, but re-teaming them up with Angle is not a good idea.

I'd prefer it if they went in as credible opponents to Angle. That would be better.
The credibility there would be laughable though, perenial midcarder Shelton and jobber Haas, people wouldn't buy it, it'd be another "Look TNA is inferior to WWE" advert.  What could work is aligning them with him, as his protege's again, and why they've been sufficiently built up again, then have them turn on him and feud with him.  For their wrestling ability alone I'd love them as a team facing the likes of Beer Money, Motor City Machine Guns and Generation Me

So instead of a "TNA inferior to WWE" it will be a "Copy WWE Booking" thing. I think thats worse. And i dont think Shelton doing well would make TNA look inferior. He'll never be World Champion, but everyone knows how good he is.... its not like Chris Masters going to TNA and doing well!

I agree they could put on some awesome matches with those teams, but i think teaming them with Angle again is desperate booking, with very little imagination.

Shelton is a brilliant worker who struggled with the Entertainment side of WWE. There is no reason why Shelton couldn't be X-Division champion in TNA where those "Entertainment" aspects are not as vital.

I'm not against the Tag Team of Haas and Shelton.... i just would rather they both went single than be Angle's "Boys" again
This is how it works, You're young until you're not
You love until you don't, You try until you can't
You laugh until you cry, You cry until you laugh
And everyone must breathe, Until their dying breath
