Put simply the WWE Game has been a great success at HTGTH, I think everyone who's played it can testify to that. With the wrestling dudes moving here things are moving over.
Now the game has a max number of participants of about 12-13 players, it really can't fit anymore, hence the idea of "2 Leagues" for the people who have never played it before to join in. It seems like the fairest way and should be quite exciting, a chance to get "Promoted" and for the people in the top league having to worry about being relegated and such.
The difference maker for League 2 would there would be no limit on trades and with an estimated 8-9 participants teams would be bigger.
