I actually liked Kane's promo on SD this week. Coulda done without the generic 'evil' music though, too cheesy for me. I wonder how many kids watching were confused as to why Kane had a mask on when they showed that old stuff.
Though were they trying to claim that it was Taker who caused Kane to unmask? I know he ripped off the mask at Summerslam 2000 but no one saw his face.....
I'm loving Alberto Del Rio already.
His debut seemed like an 'event', and the clean win over Mysterio (by submission no less
) was unexpected. Any man who wears a scarf to the ring is alright with me.
Cody Rhodes' new gimmick is growing on me too. It's so over-the-top (who the hell uses the word 'dashing' nowadays?
) I can't help but like it.
So a very good SD this week I thought.
