This quite honestly has been the worst WWE year maybe ever.
1995, King Mabel and Diesel's title reign strongly disagree  :P

Best:

NXT, The 1st season gave us a great stable and some great talent, Bryan, Barrett, Gabriel....

.....the 2nd season while not providing the same amount of talent was still entertaining, only the stupid challenges really affected the quality.

Season 3, was hilariously bad, which made it probably the most watchable show of recent months in the wrestling world, it became a show catered to the IWC 100%, talking about backstage guys, scripts, line being fed through to the commentators, kayfabe was completely gone, and in its own self depricating way, I loved it!

Lay-Cool.  A very good rip-off of The Beautiful People, the once wooden Michelle McCool is thriving with Layla.

CM Punk on commentary.  From his debut on NXT to his current role on RAW, this should be his job everytime he gets injured, just goes to show what a great quick thinking talker he is, one of the talents in WWE who would do well without a script...

Shawn Michaels retirement:  The Build-Up to the Undertaker match and the match itself were fantastic and as a massive fan, I'm happy he has retired, because for once, someone has done it on their own terms, while they were still quality rather than carrying on too long and tarnishing their legacy.

Worst:

Guest Hosts:  Yes their role has been greatly reduced, but until it becomes non-existant it is still too much.

Tag Team Division:  R.I.P.  Hart Dynasty, Cryme Tyme, Gatecrashers, Dudebusters etc. and so on

Kane's Title Reign:  Everything associated with this has been awful, the promos, the matches with Undertaker, Edge kidnapping Paul Bearer, all the goofy, supernatural stuff, its painful to watch, I don't normally give into doing an Izzy/D and fastforwarding things, but when a Kane promo is involved, I can't help myself.

Name Changes:  Joe Hennig does not approve!
