I'd like to draw attention to Rikishi's booking in the 2000 Royal Rumble. He had some momentum anyway, but his running through the early entrants got the crowd behind him in a big way. When was the last time you heard a crowd audibly gasp for Viscera's entrance, and the prospect of him going up against Phatu?
