The truth is, I've been babying the new people on this site, allowing them to have a taste of success so they won't lose interest, get discouraged and leave. So as of today, I am snatching that Sippy Cup full of chocolate milk away, handing them a bottle of Jack Daniels and seeing if they can really hang with the elite.
