I propose next game, Once draft starts, we only can draft the roster that is available at draft time. Any new debut during draft is automatically a free agent and will be bid on after draft.
Kind of unfair Sin Cara can debut right at somebody's pick and they get them. Would be same as Awesome Kong if she debuts right before somebody's final pick and they get a big debut at the 5 spot.

As soon as vignettes air they are available, its up to people whether they take a gamble on them or not.
As for during drafting debuts....maybe.
