New Japan has no effect on WWE whatsoever, ROH on the otherhand is pretty much the best developmental wrestling organisation in North Amercica whatever way people look at it.

They either cater to an alternative audience or get back handed funding from Vince if you believe the conspiracy narks.

TNA on the otherhand caters to some of the same audience, but CM Punk knows that TNA is awful  .
