Usual winner and method, even though we don't know the stip for the Big Show/Cody match you need to guess the method.  It could be "grabs title belt after climbing ladder" or "wins by busting opponent open in first blood match" (yeah pg I know) or pinfall, sub etc.  Even though its pre show do the US Title match to.  For the 2 out of 3 falls just the method and winner of the final fall.
