Think we should do 5 man teams again, with all the NXTers there is the scope, plus there is a title on that show.

Added points for Saturday Morning Slam.  Slightly more than NXT/Superstars since it's televised.

Also put a new points thing (+4) for retaining a #1 contendership/mitb briefcase.  Seems defending that should be worth something.
