I let me give all you people a little history on how Paul Heyman become the owner of ECW.

Once upon a time there was this little promotion know as Eastern Championship Wrestling and it was apart of the National Wrestling Alliance, and it was own by a man know as Tom Gordon. As with all small indy promotion it was struggling because the Vince and WWE major expanding and swallowed up most if not all the major talent. So ECW was struggling when along came Paul Heyman who agree to "help" Tom Gordon with ECW through his many, many connection within the world of wrestling. So Gordon agree to let Heyman come in and run ECW talent wise and bring in some talent to help boost what was a struggle company that would have sooner or later gone under. Well Heyman "stood" by his word and brought in such talent as Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka, Shane Douglas and many more talent to ECW.

All was well so though Tom Gordon and ECW started to grow and was no longer struggling and started to see more and more fans come to see their wrestling shows. Well unknown to Tom Gordon there was an evil plan hatching in the hack, as Paul Heyman was telling all the talent that he was in charge of ECW and Tom Gordon was not in charge. Tom Gordon soon caught wind of this evil plot and he told him he wanted him out of ECW;however, when Gordon tried to push Heyman out it was let known by Heyman that if he walk all the talent would walk and ECW would be done forever. So Heyman force Tom Gordon to turn over ECW to him and slowly but surely Heyman phase Gordon out of ECW forever!

It is not a point of whether Heyman will be good for TNA I have no doubt that Paul Heyman would make TNA into a force to be reckon with it. It is if he tries to make a power grab and try to wrestle TNA away from Dixie Carter is what I am worried about.  And what I am hearing is that TNA is already in a power struggle and it can not afford to go through another one because it could sink the ship.

Certain guidelines should be put in place should Dixie Carter and TNA management should decide they want to bring Heyman in to help with the promotion.

Warning you may or may not agree with me, but hey this is just for fun so take it easy on the replies on me!

    • Make it clear to Heyman if he  tries to make power grab he is out!
    • Limit how much time he can spend with the talent.
    • Let Heyman know who is in charge and if he step out of bounce he is going home for awhile.
    • Everything Heyman does has to be approve by TNA management
    • Give him one job and let him focus on just that
    • Keep him away from anyone who had ties from with him back in ECW

I am not saying TNA management have to babysit Heyman, however they do need to have some kind of collar on him so if he gets out of control they can pull him back. Because Heyman has some good ideals that can really help out TNA but sometimes he can get out of hand and can try to control everything.
