On the air off the air Paul Heyman will do good and I would happen to think that he would more likely be off air because that is where he can do the most for TNA. While Paul Heyman is a good on air personality, he is good when it comes to judging talent and putting the right wrestler in the right spot or the right feud that will help certain wrestlers. I just hope that if TNA does bring him that they will know what to do with him, and listen to what he has to say because if they listen to Heyman and give him some lead way Heyman can turn TNA into a force to be dealt with against the WWE.
But I am afraid that Heyman's recent problems with the WWE could hurt him in TNA, I am not for sure what happen with the WWE but from what I can gather Heyman butted heads not only with Vince and Sean and Stephanie too. So I hope that TNA will give him some lead way when it comes to talent and use some of his ideals because Heyman does offer a lot of good ideals that in the longer run could help TNA.
I like Heyman and he is good at what he does but sometime Heyman ego can get the best of him and that is what causes problems with him. I hope that this long time off from working with promotion will help Heyman keep his ego in check, and he can help TNA get around the corner.
