With regards to Raw, Jericho is quite right.  Smackdown, however, is a different story.  Smackdown is by far the superior show of all of them.  Better wrestlers, better storylines and better matches.  The Cena, Orton, HHH thing has been stale for quite some time on Raw but Smackdown gives you much more with guys like Ziggler and Morrison in the mix.
