Let me get this straight:  I can drop Rey(**** ****!)  Mysterio despite being a number 1 draft pick since he is going to be suspended for a month.  I can bid on whomever's on the list at the time, correct.  Looks like I'm going to be behind the eight ball here.  It's time to go waiver wire shopping!

You can but I'd advise against it, he is suspended for a mere 30 days, chances are when he returns he'd earn more between October and December that the guy you'd replace him with now.
