Infamously ended up with Edge squashing him at "SummerSlam", I think. The feud was supposed to continue with Edge getting his comeuppance, or that's what they told Matt...

Matt beat Edge in a Cage Match at the next PPV. I think Edge won their last match which was a Ladder Match on Raw for the MITB briefcase.



I don't think he'll ever reach main event status on Raw or SD. Mainly for the reasons people have already listed. He's a good midcarder but he just doesn't seem to have "it". Whatever, that "it" is.
