He eliminated Jericho (+5), and then Big Show (+5), but didn't he and Orton just finish on top of the Cell with Cena nailing the Attitude Adjustment, I didn't read any part which said he pinned him, subbed him, or Orton was DQ'd or anything.

I'll hold back on this 'til I see the show, to those who have, thoughts?  Am I missing anything?

I'd say it was a No Contest. The match just kind of ended. No announcement or anything...
