Well i think we have answered the question.

10 in the top league, 8 in the 2nd..... Top 10 in this game stay the rest are relegated.

The only thing i would say is that should all previous champions be in the top league? I mean is it right that a 2x champion in Cowbell ends up in the bottom league (thats not assuming he'll stay where he is just and example). I'm not entire clear in my own head whether its just bad luck, or we should stop it.

My head says that its just tough luck. But then you could argue a very strong case that Cowbell is one of the elite players and deserves his spot. On the other hand we have some rookies this time. It hardly seems fair to demote them if they haven't won a title after 1 game.

Its a tough one. Not sure there is a right answer. Thats why the random thing might take the controversy out.
