Basically just unscripted interviews with wrestlers about companies they've worked for, poeple they've worked with, incidents they were involved with etc.

I always seem to associate the term "shoot interview" with disgruntled ex-employees slagging off other wrestlers and former bosses and the like but I'm sure there are some which aren't like that.

I guess it depends on who's being interviewed. If it's with someone like, say, the Iron Sheik or The Ultimate Warrior, it's likely to be a glorified rant.
