I've always been amazed Terry can use the Hulk Hogan moniker - must own the copyright
TNA is as bad - they own their guys names, that's why Chris Daniels is now 'daniels', can't trademark the poor guys name so they give him a new one they do own!
As a wrestler - use your own name (it's like a magic amulet against Vince)
