It would be cool if it he could make it to at least Survivor Series this year, since he would have been in the company for 20 years, but if he isn't in great shape, I guess finishing at WM is perhaps the best option. That's if what the reports are saying is true of course.... Wrestling news sites aren't exactly known for their accuracy....
