That's 24 there.  The 25th participant is confirmed on WWE Superstars this week in a qualifying match, so check the spoilers if you want to know who that is.  That leaves 5 spots open, I assume a couple will be confirmed on Smackdown and then that leaves the rest open to guest entrants, maybe a returning Edge or maybe Randy Orton enters after losing his title match.
