I read on PWTorch that TMZ were reporting that Hardy "fled the scene" but is not thought to have been part of any wrongdoing.

The Hurricane and Santino Marella have been pulled from WWE's official list of Royal Rumble participants. In the case of Hurricane, it makes sense considering his recent arrest.
