From PWTorch

WWE
wrestler John Morrison says he expects to be in the Royal Rumble match despite WWE not officially listing him for the match. Morrison would be officially the 27th wrestler and unofficially the 28th wrestler with R-Truth also not listed on WWE's official list.

"Holy crap. This whole time I thought I was (in the match)," Morrison told Greg Oliver of Slam Wrestling. "I'm sure I'll be in there."

The rest of Morrison's interview included in-character comments on Drew McIntyre, who he is currently feuding against in Smackdown storylines, and at current WWE champion Sheamus. He also talked up Dolph Ziggler as a future star if "given a break at the right time."

"I think my path has been a slow rise. I think a lot of people rise too quickly and they find out when they get there - I think Sheamus is going to find out - that they haven't really earned the respect of the WWE Universe or the locker room, and they're going to end up falling flat, falling back down the card and either walk back up to the top or just fall right down and stay down," Morrison said about Sheamus.

And

WWE has pulled "The Hurricane" Gregory Helms and Santino Marella from their official list of Royal Rumble match participants.

The official list is now down to 24 confirmed names. R-Truth is unofficial after he announced himself for the Rumble on last night's taped Superstars show and John Morrison said in an interview with Slam Wrestling here that he believes he's in the match.

Hurrican you can understand maybe, but why Santino??
