Plus the announcers were selling all night about Edge's conditioning coming off Achilles Rupture.

As I mentioned before, something like Edge passing out in Walls of Jericho would have worked to me, sold the injury, saved face etc. and the wrestling recycling rules mean most would not remember/know it was a WM13 rip off.  My point is the match with its ending just fell flat.
