^ To be honest, even though his WWE run fell flat, the hype before he debuted when their were rumblings about him joining were big, and the hype going into his match with Lesnar was big, and that was '03-'04, people still cared about him then, and booked right he could have been credible, fast forward to now and 2010 and I doubt his name carries as much value, but to squeeze his relevance down to merely '98-'99, I think is a tad harsh.
