Awesome post my friend, you nail the head on many things that are wrong with TNA and I agree with you hundred and ten percent.

 There is one thing I would like to add to your post about fixing TNA and I do believe you hit in on this but I want to add a lot bit more too it.

Use younger talent- I know that in the wrestling business it is hard for the younger talent to get more establish, and you have to go with what has brought you to the dance. But for me what made TNA so freaking awesome was they had young talent  that no one knew about and was making the house hold names.

  TNA needs to look at what Vince did back in the 90's when he got rid of all the older talent and brought in a whole new crop of young faces, and change the look of the WWE. TNA needs to do what WWE did with HBK no one knew who he was but Vince had enough faith in HBK that he made him a main event wrestler and as you know HBK went down as one the greatest wrestlers of all time in the WWE.  Now I am not saying AJ Styles has that kind of talent but we will never know unless TNA makes the whole promotion evolve round him instead of letting Flair overshadow him.

  I know that it is all about rating and beating the WWE but let's face WWE is in a stale mode, and if TNA wants to over take WWE they have to push the younger talent Styles, Joe, and etc can get the job done. Hogan and Flair should be doing Legend signings at the Holiday Inn or where they do those shows.
