"Shoot" Interviews??

Ok, I may be being a little (or a lot) slow here but I have read bits about these and have seen them for sale on places such as ebay.

Just wondering what they are really.  I know they are obviously interviews with wrestlers but just wondered how deep tey went etc.

Basically just unscripted interviews with wrestlers about companies they've worked for, poeple they've worked with, incidents they were involved with etc.

I always seem to associate the term "shoot interview" with disgruntled ex-employees slagging off other wrestlers and former bosses and the like but I'm sure there are some which aren't like that. :D

I guess it depends on who's being interviewed. If it's with someone like, say, the Iron Sheik or The Ultimate Warrior, it's likely to be a glorified rant. :P
