Leeds & Reading Festival
« on: April 04, 2010, 05:53:18 pm »
I see that Guns N Roses are headlining Reading and Leeds festivals this summer. They are playing the same day as Biffy Clyro ad i'd love to have got a Friday ticket for Reading but forgot all about the release date.

Anyway my point is its great to see GNR headlining a festival in the UK again.

Anyone Going to either Reading or Leeds?

Leeds

This is how it works, You're young until you're not
You love until you don't, You try until you can't
You laugh until you cry, You cry until you laugh
And everyone must breathe, Until their dying breath

I'd like to but don't know if tickets are still available...

....plus I need to see if anyone I know is actually interested in going.

Wow, GNR, Paramore and Limp Bizkit are the only bands there that I like. But yes, it's good to see GNR coming back here, hopefully a proper tour will follow. :headbanger:

What about Biffy Clyro?  I thought all Scottish Rock/Metal fans were meant to like them by default  :P

That 'Mountains' song is alright, but I'm not a huge fan TBH. I might try and listen to them more though. It's actually the Scottish accent which puts me off slightly!

Well I've asked around and every I know is going to "Other" festivals, not liking this line-up, so I guess that means, if I go to a festival it'll be one of the others.

If GNR don't announce any other UK dates then I'll try go to Leeds on the Sunday, assuming day tickets are still available.
