anybody a gym rat in here?


I have finally recovered enough from a strained posterior tibial tendon to start back running.

Running is the most fanastic thing in the world to do. the high u get from running is equal to a morphine high.

I love my Gym training, so hard to divide my training these days.

I'm training at Gracie-Barra 3-4 times a week, the Gym 3-4 times a week and now I've got some damn good running trainers I'm out jogging 3-4 times a week, permanently knackered and aching but its worth it!
