I told you from the start I thought this was a work!

 :banananig: :ohyeah:
Beckett.com has an article up looking at whether or not Daniel Bryan was really released from WWE earlier this year. Apparently Bryans new WWE Topps trading card wasn't originally scheduled for the set of cards that just came out but was added in July some time to the production list. The original checklist didn?t have Bryan listed but he is in the new set  card #68 in the 110-card set. The cards were printed between July 2nd and July 16th, well before the Summerslam PPV where WWE decided to bring Bryan back.

All a work, just for the Summerslam surprise?  Seems a lot of thought for a relatively small pay off, that and do creative plan that far ahead?  :P  I say it was legit and they are happy now the incident has blown over.

I'll give them credit if the entire angle was planned.  WWE rarely does this anymore.  So if they actually thought out this with a long term goal in mind (getting Bryan Danielson over), I will say kudos to them.

I think they did legitimately release him and decided to bring him back because, let's face it, how long can you stay mad at a guy for choking someone on a wrestling show?

Yet he got fired for choking someone with a tie because choking/strangling guys on television has not been the done thing since the Benoit incident, strange.

What's with the horrendous theme music?  Is it to get him over as the nerd they keep calling him?

Wasn't it a star wars rip off sound or something?

So how far can he go in the company?  How is he doing so far?

His push seems to go up and down from month to month.  On NXT he was made to be look like a star in the first episode, he got all the attention throughout most of the show, yet he lost nearly every match.  Post show we saw him get fired.  But then he returned to Main Event Summerslam, and then after that, he defeated Miz, twice, has the US Title, things look great, then 2 weeks running Sheamus squashed him.  But now he has beaten Dolph Ziggler, IC Champ, twice in 2 days.  Overall I think they are fairly high up on him, as dumb as the Sheamus beat down was, Sheamus gets treated and protected like Triple H (since they are friends) and lets not forget Triple H has single handidly demolished numerous guys at a time.  I think in a way though he might have peaked, I just can't ever see him being World Champion, saying that most of the IWC used to think that about Punk.  Speaking about CM Punk, it looks like we are going to get a Bryan vs Punk feud, that should be awesome!

Well, he was doing amazing till the Sheamus beat down which was just stupid.. really dumb booking even by WWE standards. Hell, Russo probably wouldn't be this dumb. ok maybe he would, but what is accomplished by this?

1. U kill Bryan's momentum by having him get creamed.

2. It makes Miz look like a giant **** cause he got his ass handed to him by Bryan several times so when he cashes in, he is gonna look like a weak champ. never good.

- Speaking of Jim Ross calling his match on RAW, Daniel Bryan wrote the following on his Twitter page: ?Just watched Monday?s RAW. Jim Ross is still the absolute BEST. It was an honor and a thrill to hear him to do commentary on my match.?

Its truly retarded why they took him off TV. cause the way he looks? as if Michael Cole is **** George Clooney?

Gordie Solie was one of the best ever and he didn't have a TV face.

- Former WWE creative team member John Piermarini has started his blog (http://wrestlingrecall.blogspot.com/) in which he has released a ton of scoops regarding things that occured in the company during the two years he was employed. The blog has since been pulled (the Website does say it will be back soon) but we have managed to retain some of the things Piermarini said. Below are some notes:

    * The storyline between Daniel Bryan and The Bella Twins was actually first pitched by The Bella?s. WWE has planned to run with a similar storyline for Evan Bourne before he was injured.
