Die Hard 5
« on: February 23, 2010, 08:24:59 pm »
Bruce Willis has announced that a fifth Die Hard is in the works, according to MTV News.

The actor, who is currently promoting his newest film Cop Out, claimed that production could begin on a new Die Hard film as soon as 2011.

"I think we're going to do a Die Hard 5 next year," Willis said.

Willis also said that Len Wiseman, the director of 2007's Live Free And Die Hard (also known as Die Hard 4.0), could return to helm the fifth film.

"I would hire Len Wiseman right now", Willis said. "It's got to go worldwide. That would be my contribution to the next movie."

Bruce Willis stars alongside Tracy Morgan in the Kevin Smith film Cop Out, in theaters on February 26.

Well I really enjoyed the last one, thought it was very good so I'm cool with a 5th one.  Only thing that dissapointed me a tad with the last one was no cameos from past characters.  Well apart from the "Agent Johnson" joke.

This is excellent and hopefully it'll happen.  I like Bruce Willis as an actor and Die Hard is probably my favourite film of all time.  I enjoyed the last one and look forward to another outing for McClane.  Yippee-ki-yay  :stonecold:

C'mon - Die Hard 4 made 80's action films look intelligent!

I can see the writers meeting now

'how do we make Die Hard modern?'
'oh, lets include ''technology'' and this ''internet'' thing i've heard about....'

Apparently the internet lets u hack traffic lights, cars and even jets - amazing, quite why traffic lights, cars and jets have that sort of equipment installed is quite beyond me...

Die Hard was raw- Die Hard 4 was a film about male aggresion made by women....
A nobody's opinion on the world of cinema

It's got to be set a christmas I think.  Go back to basics and have him as the person in the wrong place at the wrong time.

A decison in the nxt few weeks / months about another one .

Hell part 4 would be considered great if they went thru with the supposed Die Hard 24/7. A die hard and 24 cross over that was in the works .
