^ Rhodes hasn't fallen, he's working an angle, with Mysterio, that's a massive upgrade from Orton's lackey.

DiBiase just sucks.

- There was a lot of criticism coming from within WWE last night regarding the quality of the commentary by Michael Cole, Matt Striker and Jerry Lawler.

Not surprised with that, it was AWFUL.  When Striker was "marking out" as he put it for Booker T he sounded like a pratt, and he annoys Cole and Lawler so much that they sound stupid slagging him off.  Best combo at the moment is Cole and Matthews.  To be honest though, now, I want Nash!!!

Finally managed to see the Rumble today, and avoid spoilers all week. :D Got a friend of ours to tape it, still won't be able to see any of this week's shows though. Bloody Sky! :steelchair:

Random thoughts:

- Del Rio winning I like. ;D I've been a fan of his since he came in and although it might be soon, no one can say that the WWE aren't trying to elevate new faces to the main event. He'll be a World Champion soon enough, but you, you already know that. ;)

- The Booker and Nash appearances actually made me smile. They got pretty good reactions too, there was a possibility that guys like that might have gone over the kids' heads but man, Nash got one of the loudest chants of the night.

- Santino has made it into the final two of the Rumble now? :undecided: I'm not really sure what the point of that ending was TBH, was it just for comedy purposes? Towards the end, I was trying to think if there was anyone who'd gone out the ring but not been eliminated and I somehow forgot about him....

- The Hornswoggle stuff was kinda dumb, but he didn't actually eliminate anyone at least.

- Edge/Ziggler was great. Though I noticed the announcers referred to the Edgecator simply as 'the submission hold'. I thought at least Striker would've remembered its name, he's usually pretty good at that kind of stuff.
