In an update to our previous reports, TMZ.com is reporting Former WWE and TNA star Tyson Tomko is accused of robbing a CVS Pharmacy on October 10th of 210 oxycodone tablets - a poweful painkiller. The police report notes that Tomko went to a nearby Chili's Grill & Bar Restaurant and asked the waitress for a spoon. When the server returned with a tea spoon he asked her for a "deeper spoon" and went into the bathroom for 30 to 40 minutes. When cops arrived they found him in the bathroom with "needle marks and blood running down his arm", Tomko admitted to injecting 178 pills, which he crushed up and melted down.

Tomko noted to police that he has a "severe drug problem" and was taken to a local hospital and taken to a nearby jail with a bond set at $7,500.
