The 'I need a smile' thread
« on: July 30, 2009, 08:27:48 pm »
The internet is a hilarious and tragic place - this thread can be for the hilarious stuff (leaving Heretodaygonetohell.com for the tragic stuff...)

A site I visit daily,

www.thedailymash.co.uk
British satire site - bascially 'reinterprets' the news stories of the day - its far more clever than it initially appears, if you know the news story they are spoofing, even better

www.theonion.com
(basically, the US version)

Post your funnies!

Without intending to begin a long line of youtube videos, I do enjoy this one from Mock The Week (comedy show in the UK, mocking..... er, the week): "Unlikely lines to hear in an episode of Dr. Who" and "Bad ways for Gordon Brown to address the nation". ;D

http://www.thewrestlingfan.com/fanlaws.html - Wrestling 'fan laws'! ;D

That whole site, The Wrestling Fan, is pretty good.

http://ifyoulikeitsomuchwhydontyougolivethere.com/ is worth a go. I'm not too keen on too many of the people that run the place, but hey, content and all that.

Actually... Scratch that. That website is more likely to make you cry.
