Great find Hammy, afew more that I remember of the top of my head with alittle help from sites (not all 90's though):
Batista vs Booker T - May 2006
“It was simply about respect, that’s all.” Booker T, sporting a swollen left eye, commenting exclusively to WWE.com about the bloody and brutal fight he had with former World Heavyweight Champion Batista on the set of the SummerSlam commercial Monday in Encino, Calif. It took a number of SmackDown Superstars to pull Batista and Booker T off one another in a fight that lasted at least five minutes. “I’m not going to say anything else about it. The fight had to do with respect,” says Booker. “I have no ill will toward Dave, but I feel like he doesn’t know the history of the business that’s all. Maybe he should study the history. There’s a lot of us who paved the way in this business for men like Batista,” says Booker. “When I started, guys like Greg Gagne, Dusty Rhodes, Ric Flair, Arn Anderson and countless others were in WCW. I walked in the locker room and had to earn their respect. It took me 16 long years, but I earned it. Respect isn’t a right, it’s a privilege.” When asked if the two men have buried the hatchet, Booker T pointedly says, “We’ll never be friends. We’ll never exchange Christmas cards. But I will work with Dave in the ring like nothing ever happened. It’s not about us, it’s about the company and more importantly it’s about entertaining the fans. I’ll never do anything to hurt our product.” WINNER: Booker T for dishing out some respect to Big Dave. (WWE.com)
Chris Jericho vs Goldberg - Apr 2003
Jericho was laughing about it and said it was a long story, they got into an argument, Goldberg put his hand on Jericho’s throat, and they got into an altercation. Jericho got him into the ground and put him into a front facelock until he “got up and killed me.” He wasn’t getting up though. He saw Gracie in a Japanese wrestling magazine bodyscissoring a guy with his legs, he scissorlegged him to see what would happen. Goldberg stood up and Jericho took him down again. He said he was harassing him the whole time. He said guys were finally holding them back, then Goldberg got loose came after him and pulled him by the hair! He pie faced him back. They exchanged some obscenities and arguing and ended there. WINNER: Jericho for sticking up for himself against the bigger man Goldberg. (Interview with Jericho)
Ric Flair vs Eric Bischoff - Mar 2003
The whole thing started at Raw tapings when Eric Bischoff was on the phone in his office. Ric Flair apparently came in and started blasting Bischoff for incidents dating back to their days together in WCW. The two had heat dating back to WCW because many thought Bischoff never showed Flair the respect he deserved.
The two men then got in a face-off and went as far as throwing punches before being pulled apart. The fight was not serious enough to cause any injuries.
Later on, Bischoff went to Flair in the catering area and asked to talk with him about their altercation. This resulted in another heated discussion which had to be broken up by Arn Anderson. Anderson then got into a verbal war with Bischoff and Triple H eventually came and calmed the entire situation down. WINNER: Not Bischoff, fighting with half of the Horsemen in one afternoon. Brock Lesnar vs Mr Perfect - May 2002
Curt "Mr. Perfect" Hennig had been teasing Brock Lesnar throughout the day about who was the better "shooter." Once on the plane returning to USA from UK, Lesnar took Hennig down a few times in the aisleway. Paul Heyman and Fit Finlay warned Lesnar to calm down, which he did. Later on, Hennig started it up again with Lesnar. This is when Triple H attempted to break the fight up and was pushed against one of the plane doors.
Hennig was also playing other pranks on the flight such as putting shaving cream in the Big Show's hair. WINNER: Wrestling fans on-board...witnessed more entertainment than the Insurrexion PPV days before. (411mania.com)
Sid Vicious vs Arn Anderson - Oct 1993
The infamous scissors fight. This one started simply as a disagreement over Sids place in the business, with Sid thinking higher, Arn thinking lower. It slowly built over the course of the day, add alcohol, and Sid shows up at Arns hotel room armed with a pair of scissors and proceeded to start stabbing Arn. Arn managed to disarm him and defend himself, getting in a few stab wounds of his own, but this was shortly after broken up. Arn ended up in the hospital in serious condition with roughly 26 stab wounds, while Sid had 4. Obviously Sid was fired. This was shortly before Sid was supposed to beat Vader for the WCW World title as well. Arn I believe was fined and suspended for his part, but ended up staying with WCW. WINNER: No one really, Arn's health suffered and so did Sid's bank balance. (allexperts.com)
Big Van Vader vs Paul Orndorff - Sep 1995
This is what lead to Vader getting has walking papers from WCW a few weeks before a PPV he was supposed to main event. Orndorff was working as a Agent as well as wrestling at the time. The version I've heard of this one is that Vader got into Orndorffs face and things escalated. Orndorff kicked his ass in pretty short order. The part that makes this one famous is that he did it while wearing flip flops. WINNER: Orndorff for kicking ass with comfortable feet. (allexperts.com)
