Wrestlemania 26: Creating New Stars?
« on: March 26, 2010, 02:56:27 pm »

All these people are making their debuts on the biggest stage of it all, many have the chance to become major stars, its refreshing to see, with guys there with the chance to win Money in the Bank, as well as fresh faces doing battle with the likes of Randy Orton and Triple H.

Can't see Triple H losing to Sheamus myself.  But, it's the performances from these guys that should be the main thing I guess, not the winning of the matches.  Make a good account of themselves on the biggest stage and it could mean a helluva carrer in WWE.

True, I actually think he might win it, but that's irrelevant, it's about how good he is made to look.

WWE have done a good job in recent years of making some young guys credible upper midcarders.

Guys like Sheamus, McIntyre, Kingston, Dibiase, Rhodes, Morrison, Miz etc have been impressive, However to go past where they are and not sink back into average midcarder zone they need that "big" win over one of the big 7 (Cena, HBK, HHH, Edge, Jericho, Batista, Undertaker)

Sheamus, Dibiase & Rhodes have chances on Mania to get that big win and personally i'd like to see Sheamus & Dibiase go over in their matches in an attempt to cement their place.

Then you have McIntyre & Kingston who could win the MITB and i'd like to see WWE take a punt on one of these two. Christian would be a "safe" winner..... but i'd like to see one of these two win it and go on to have a really good intense feud with whoever is the champion at the time. They don't even really need to win the title but a top feud will raise their profile much like Austin had with Bret Hart.

I'd like to see Ziggler get a IC title run when McIntrye drops the title and with Miz as US champ i think its a good attitude for WWE to adopt. It shows that if you work hard and put in good work you give yourself a good chance of getting rewarded.

I think its a good thing.

This is how it works, You're young until you're not
You love until you don't, You try until you can't
You laugh until you cry, You cry until you laugh
And everyone must breathe, Until their dying breath
