We generally give this to, not the higest scorer, but one of the highest scoring lower picks, a bargain, a guy not many wanted who surpassed expections.  In the RAW League nobody picked him in the original draft and Evolution ended up buying him for $25,000.  In the Nitro League AtariLegend nabbed him with his 5th pick, the final pick of the entire draft.  After all that Kidd went on to be the 4th highest scorer overall.
