Who turns on Team WWE?
« on: August 11, 2010, 09:06:33 pm »
I get the feeling its a given someone turns on Team WWE and joins Nexus I think the only question is who?

Whether it'll be someone maybe not involved in the match, or someone on the actual team.

I think with the companys obsession with the Screwjob, it's going to be Bret Hart.

His only beating at the hands of Nexus was the Limo incident, and last time Bret filmed a Limo incident he revealed it had all been a trick...

John Cena wouldn't make sense he has lost too much, The Miz is too obvious, Jericho and Edge have been beaten down too much, Truth and Morrison aren't relevant enough for it to be a major thing, which is what they'll want the angle to be.

Cena makes sense. Time for him to turn is now.
They have cost him his WWE Title twice, attacked him God knows how many times and made his life hell, him turning and joining with them would be Russoesque, it makes ZERO sense.

They can spin it some way... how he finally realizes that the WWE fan or lockeroom never embraced him and like Nexus is an outcast. So he decided to whatever......

I say let nexus beat them Clean. no switches, no heel turns.

Don't see Bret turning heel at this point.  Jericho is gone at some point after the PPV.  Edge is rumored to be Smackdown bound at some point.  That leaves Cena, Morrison or Rtruth.  I could buy a Morrison turn if only to push him to the next level.

I dont think anyone will, but if it was to happen it could only be Cena or Morrison. No one else makes sense.

Bret would be stupid IMO and i'd doubt that the last few weeks Bret is on WWE TV he'd want to be remembered like that!

HHH, HBK, Taker, Goldberg...... Maybe?

Nexus should win.... but they wont. This has got 7 on 3 (Cena, Edge & Jericho) written all over it IMO with Cena and Jericho surviving.

I am going with Morrison for the simple truth it is time for him to become a major player in the WWE has been face for awhile and let's face it has not gain him jack ****! With Edge leaving for Smackdown Jericho leaving and let's the face Cena is just plain boring, and Rtruth being Rnothing it is clear to see that is going to be Morrison who is going to the be Guru of The Nexus!

I am going with Morrison because there is no one on Nexus who is ready to main event, I mean sure Wade Barrett has a title shot coming soon however Nexus needs someone who can help guide them help them grow and that my friends is why I say if there is going to be a turn coat it has to Morrison. Oh yeah has anyone beside me notice that Morrison is growing a bread now call me a retard but creative control does not like when Superstar make changes in the characters with out getting it prove by them or Vince.  Now I know you dudes are like Scott you are stupid it means nothing but I willing to put D's hair on the line that Morrison is going to be the that Nexus got to turn on Team WWE, and then Morrison will begin his push to main event and world title picture soon.

Nah too obvious, after the "Maybe I'll join you stuff" he's playing the role of the guy EVERYONE expects to turn, but won't.

I'm actually hoping for no one to turn and join Nexus. I think having someone like HHH or Bret Hart or whoever suddenly join them wouldn't make sense and really, I don't think they need it. It's been mentioned that apart from Barrett, the members of Nexus aren't too well-known and having an established star join their ranks would take the focus off the original members IMO. I'd like to see a heel Cena too, but having him join Nexus after what they've done would just be :weightlifting:.

I'm hoping for Nexus to win the match relatively cleanly but I'm guessing some kind of shenanigans will take place. This angle's one of the best things they've done in recent years and a Nexus win would help continue it I think.

I really hope they don't go down the route of 'Bret Hart turns on WWE because of the Screwjob (despite the fact he's made peace by making up with Shawn and beating Vince at Wrestlemania)'. That would be crap....
