The story making the rounds in the WWE locker room regarding Jeff Hardy's explanation for his legal troubles is that he was arrested when police conducted a raid after a package was sent to his home that had been flagged before it was delivered. Apparently, Hardy brought the package inside and police officials were on the scene to conduct the raid.

The story goes that Hardy did not know what the package contained and that it was sent to him by someone from outside North Carolina who had expressed interest in doing business with him.

Jeff is said to be in much better spirits at this point than he was after he was initially arrested. He has told friends that he hired a top notch attorney. Hardy went from asking friends to pray for him because he feared jail time to believing that he could face minimal punishment.

Jeff Hardy is scheduled for his probable cause hearing this morning at the Moore County Criminal District Court in North Carolina. The hearing is to determine if a crime has been committed and if Jeff Hardy probably committed it.

If it is decided that Hardy probably did, the case would then go before a Grand Jury. The Grand Jury would then review the evidence and make a decision on whether or not to criminally indict Hardy on these charges:

-Felony possession of ****

-Felony drug trafficking of opium

-Felony possession with intent to redistribute a Schedule III drug (two counts)

-Maintaining a dwelling for drug use and/or distribution

-Possession of drug paraphernalia (misdemeanor)

WWE DVD Of the Year:

Screw all the Jeff Hardy haters. This guy was by far the most popular guy in the company. WWE offered him a Hogan like deal to stick around. You can bet when he comes back that Matt Hardy is safe for a while and Shannon Moore will be getting a job again with the E. Anyway at some recent shows, the pop of the night has gone to the Jeff Hardy DVD trailer:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QgCwsUwkkIM&mcAuth=%2FBcAG0sWQnAAAPeAEbp3XEsWQqwINLWX2h3g1TkAAA%3D%3D
Which I am in,btw at about 35 seconds in behind the guy with the CONGRATS JEFF sign. Anyway, Jeff will be back at some point. They really want him for Mania but I doubt that will happen.

He's going to support Shannon Moore who is meeting with Hulk Hogan. I'd love him to come in but I'd say 99.9% chance that he doesn't sign with TNA. You gotta remember that WWE is basically keeping Matt and Shane around to lure Jeff back so if Jeff did go to TNA ,you can expect the entire Cameron Crew to follow him.

Jeff Hardy posted the following message on his Twitter page right after Shannon Moore announced he was going to Orlando to meet with Hulk Hogan:

"Hell yeah Gonna roll with my boy @TheShannonBrand to FLA to put in a good word & check out tha show."

If TNA could offer Jeff a comparable deal to what he'd make in WWE with their schedule.. i could see him doing it.

Sounds like he's just going to watch, maybe they'll sign Shannon Moore as a sign of good faith, I mean really, would they want Shannon Moore back otherwise?

Jeff is only watching surely - he's not signing

however, this is very embarassing for WWE, it will certainly worry them and Jeff is clearly making a statement of defiance - WWE has fired people for attending impact (rubbish people mind u)

expect matt hardy to suffer...

As for Shannon Moore joining - who cares?

Oh, I amended the title, keeping things neat
