Hernandez and Big Rob wasn't pointless

He had to get his briefcase back and looked like a monster doing it which sets up a potential title run *fingers crossed*

Plus the match lasted like 10 seconds.

Yeah but it made Big Rob look crap, which was a shame, because long term I'd honestly say he has more upside, marketing wise.

Big Rob got beat by a shoulder block! TNA spent all that time building him up like a monster and he loses to a shoulder block! Not only was it pointless but it completely ruins any illusion of anybody seeing him as a monster threat.

I predict that somehow Sting comes out on top @ this PPV (possibly with interference from Matt Morgan) setting up Sting VS AJ @ BFG for the title (with Sting losing and retiring) as well as Morgan VS. Angle.

Nash will lose the Legends belt next week as his match at No Surrender isnt booked as a title defence

...why keep giving the title to Foley?!?

Source: F4Wonline.com

- When TNA President Dixie Carter mentioned recently in interviews that she was not in favor of the monthly pay-per-view events that TNA produces, The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that it is a subject that has been discussed in the company for months now since the pay-per-view events are doing so poorly buyrate wise.

One idea being tossed around is cutting to either six to eight shows a year and having live three hour specials on Spike TV to support the loss of month-to-month events. However, Spike has yet to approve this. TNA is still under contract with cable companies to produce monthly pay-per-view events, but when that contract expires it is expected the issue will be addressed.

If Spike was to say no on holding a few live event specials, where they go from there is anyone’s guess. One perk of the new deal with Spike is that they are free to negotiate with other networks.

I like this idea, less is more, both big companies could benefit from less PPVs, means when they come around they feel more important.  The "Live Specials" could be their "Clash of the Champions/SNME"-esque shows.

In presentation and style a TNA PPV is indistinguisable from Impact - you really could watch and have no idea this was even a PPV

If TNA wants them to work they need to be more visually impresive - you cant charge people to watch a 3 hour Impact

...that they even set it in the Impact zone is truly lazy

PPV's are costly to set up - but either do it right or dont bother

If TNA had 12 or 2 PPV's it wont matter unless the investment is there - it has to be different

WWE has the same problem - once a PPV was an occaision, but now you cant really tell them apart from Raw

PPVS worked when wrestling was booming. the 1 a month was awesome, now it is just way too much.

TNA need to do like WWE did before the Wrestling Wars. Have 4 big PPV's a year.

Also, they have to go to HD and stop putting **** matches on the PPV. I'm so burnt out and sleepy by the main event, I don't even feel like watching it.

So with Madison Rayne back on side she is going to take Angelina's place I guess, part of me could see Taylor Wilde turning heel and aligning with them to fill the void left by Angelina, its hard to say because we haven't seen her as a heel but I think she could thrive in the role.
