damnit, looks like Hammy has cleaned up some talent - though Taker is a risk....a Survivor Series return could be damaging...

The Miz is a good pick.  In the current game he has bombed, for the first time in awhile, prior to that he was a scoring machine, mainly due to being paired with Morrison and appearing on all 3 brands.  Being a weaker in-ring guy, without Morrison he gets less matches, but if they get behind him again you never know, I nearly picked him with my last pick as I thought the storyline sacking was so they could bring him to ECW as a credible guy for Christian to feud with, still I could see him getting the US Title at some point during the game and considering the few quality Non-TNA picks left, good choice.

I was kinda thinking the same thing about ECW. Not so much the US Title. I was kinda thinking as well that he might pop up on a few brands looking for a job. At very worst i reckon he'll be on Superstars a bit.

I'm hoping he won't become a member of the Future Endeavours club.

A Survivor Series return would be damaging....to me.  I need him back soon as, the game runs August 24th-December 31st, reading a recent article I fear now he will barely wrestle, he could well kill my team  :(

Finlay's a solid pick, always a good scorer.  BlowUpYourVideo's team seems to be the ultimate "We won't get on PPV all game" team  :hihi:

Hopefully Melina and Kelly should get some decent points for third and fourth picks. I doubt either of them will win a title this game but the divas seem to have regular singles and tag matches on TV so I shall keep my fingers crossed. And if Cryme Tyme win the titles at SS and I didn't pick them I'll quit this game. :hihi:

And it looks like I'll have to research TNA a bit because I doubt anyone worthwhile from the WWE will be left for my fifth pick...

EDIT: Kozlov and Zeke will be squashing John Cena and Triple H in PPV main events by the time this game is over! Just watch!

I like the Melina & Kelly Kelly Pick by Blowup. I was gonna take one of them if either were around at my next pick. But now i've abandoned my Womens division desire now.

But can i say i'm disapointed that Festus has not been included ;D

and on another note is anyone else thinking that Evo's team looks pretty strong at this point. I can't see anyone beating McCool this game for her title. I reckon Gail Kim will win the title at some point in this game and CM Punk looks set for a decent run if Jeff Hardy is leaving as it seems, If he gets a good TNA pick i reckon that the 5th pick might be academic.

I am in a bad spot with this pick as I was with the first pick.

so many TNA people to choose from

do I take ODB? I can't see her keeping the title long

do I take Doug Williams........ since 3D are still considered the champs, that seems risky also.............

Nash or Foley *Haven't watched that match yet* risky as well.

Rough choice.

^ You need to re-check the thread, British Invasion are OFFICIAL champs now, recognised by NJPW.

Mike Knox is feuding with Finlay should be steady points, soon as a good debutant shows up though he's gone.

Batista 0/5.  He's out injured all game.

4 great picks, damn

ODB won't hold the women's title long.. once she loses she is horrible
Matt Morgan great pick but I don't see any title chances
Doug williams....... Yeah they could defend the IWGP titles but if they lose them he becomes a bad pick

Kevin Nash............ may get u some PPV pts but never wrestles much on Impact

James Storm............ Not sure if Beer  Money will win titles again for a while since they've had them so long..........

So **** it

I am rolling the dice on my favorite big man in wrestling

Super Mex Hernandez
He has the briefcase for a title shot...... not sure I can see him winning it though but he is getting a hell of a push so possibly a legend's title, X title or worse case he should get me lots of points on Impact and will be on every PPV

So yeah

Hernandez

Where's your Bobby Lashley consideration?

Hernandez is a good pick. Its between him and Morgan for a Legends title reign i reckon.

The X-Divison title will probally stay on Joe for a while... and that leaves the womens title.

I'm seriously considering an all wwe team. There are 4 TNA picks before mine and i have a list of 4 TNA picks i want... if they all go then its all WWE for me

Ok this is how i look at it.

To win this game i reckon the person will have to score at least 1000 points. The average for this length of game is about 1150 but we have more people than usual so the points will reduce.

So if you are aiming for 1000 points, where are the points coming from? Especially if you consider one week out from the end of a long game the top scorer in the whole game is Jericho with 412 points. So say the top scorer in the next game gets 450 points and you're lucky enough to have them.... where are the other 550 points coming from.

I'm hoping that Big Show on my team can at least get to the 350 point mark. So can the rest of my team get me 650 points between them. I'm hoping i can get at least 150 point out of my TNA pick which means that i need 500 points from my middle 3 (Ziggler, Miz, Sheamus) and i just don't see that happening. I think my team will do well but a top 3 finish is probally the best i can hope for unless the winning score is closer to 900 than 1000.

Evo's team looks like the only team capable of the 1000 point mark although i like the look of Rankin & Cowbells teams.

I think Gail Kim may be a dud pick already. Didn't she have her title match this week already? I read something on Wrestlecrap about Mickie James acting heelish after their match so maybe Kim will be the next top Raw babyface.

Hey GNR, I don't anyone is truelly out unless their first round pick gets hurt like I had in the last two games prior.

If ur first. Round pick goes down u are dead. Hammy has anyone ever won with their first round pick getting injured quickly?

Its the short season we are entering so if a decent debuter enters get ready to throw down 120k because many won't be debuting this time. Use all the trades you can. I weaseled every guy I could onto my team. I even dropped khali who should get 20 ppv points just to make sure I had 1 cryme timer in case malcom was to pick one up and by a stroke of god they win the title.

Hope for injury free teams and play all ur trades when needed.

Back to the grades, how does the tna followers rank each teams tna guy. I would love some **** tna to grade all tna picks.

U have to remember that we are getting out of the long game. so Guys who scored 400pts this game probably will be more in the 300-350 range. Matt Hardy did hit over 400 though in the last game from this period.

My hope is

Jericho 350
Mickie 200
Tyson 125
Hernandez 175
Tyler 100

If i can get that, I feel i will have a shot. That is 950 pts but with 3 extra people, this short game will have lower scores.

Last game that ran from this length of time:
1. Malcolm = 1189 (WWE Game World Champion)
2. D = 1034 (WWE Game IC Champion)
3. Gnrfan = 968 (WWE Game US Champion)
4. slash666 = 945
5. Mr Cowbell = 938
6. Hammy = 845
7. sweet616 = 839
8. Evolution =  808
9. Timothy08 = 737
10. high_times = 716
11. Jim = 656
12. BlowUpYourVideo = 629

We got 3 more people though so u have to adjust accordingly

I still think the winner will get to the 1000 point mark. I'd be delighted if it was less as i reckon my team can do well barring injurys. I've set myself the target of 900 points if i get to that an don't win i'll accept it.

TNA is hard to grade in a way cause take Angelina Love............ will she get a rematch and win the title back? TNA are so unpredictable, its really hard to say

Based on my opinion:

1.Samoa Joe *he is a worker and has that X Division title and won't lose it for a long **** time I'd imagine. At least not this game although I am hoping Hernandez wins the X title and it starts a Hernandez/Homicide feud

2.Booker T  Tag champ, see he and Steiner holding them for a while

3.Scott Steiner  see above

4.Hernandez: He is on a major push right now, has the briefcase for a title shot and u know how wrestling is.. when was the last time someone with a briefcase DIDNT win?

5.Kurt Angle: Kurt probably will be higher but with his arrest and Bobby Lashley....... Its hard to say. If he loses the title, he is still a great pick cause he wrestles constantly

6.Matt Morgan  solid pts every week.. not sure about Title potential although that Legend's Title seems very probable and if that happens he could be the steal of the game.

7.AJ Styles: Hopefully they will start using his ass properly again and no more of this bullshit he has been involved in non wrestling wise.

8. Brutus Magnus: IWGP title holder which i personally don't think should count on TNA but I won't make a big deal over it. anyhow, They may defend them on PPV but I don't know how much he will score through the weeks and I doubt they are still champs by the end of this.

9 Christopher Daniels: Solid worker and pt scorer

10.Robert Roode: I don't see Beer Money winning any belts this game. They have been champs so long, I think this game will be them putting over other tag teams but u never know

11.Angelina Love and if she wins back the Knockout Title, she will be a much higher rated pick but without the belt........... NOPE
