My Ex GF has the song "Lonely Day" on her Myspace and it is
****
awesome. I can't stop listening to it
I am not very familiar with this band.
Any suggestions for those who are?

Fantastic band, but I don't know whether you will like much of their other stuff.
My fave tracks are....
She's Like Heroin
Solider Side
B.Y.O.B.
Violent Pornography
Lost in Hollywood
Sugar
Chop Suey
Toxicity
Bounce
Aerials
Going off the track you like, Aerials, Soldier Side and Lost in Hollywood are probably your 3 best tracks to start with. Check 'em out on spotify

Once you get done with the band you have some fantastic solo stuff to check out from the members to
Serj Tankian
's album and the band
Scars On Broadway
.
You probably find
System of a Down
great training music, intensity wise

I have the album Toxicity. I especially like Aerials, Chop Suey!, Prison Song, X and the title track, a lot of which are 'the hits' but whatever.
