AFC:

New England
Baltimore
Denver
Indianapolis
Tennessee
San Diego

NFC:

New York
Chicago
Arizona
Tampa Bay
Minnesota
Washington

Hard to do this before preseason. I usually like to wait until a few weeks in before going the prediction route. In the era of parity, its sure to be topsy turvy and anyone can rise to the top.
I have wined and dined with kings and queens, and I've slept in alleys and dined on pork and beans.

Buffalo

NFC

Philly
New York Giants
Seattle
Green Bay
New Orleans
Carolina

Most of the divisions are competitive and it'll make for an interesting season.  The easiest divisions to pick out for me are the Western divisons.  I think Seattle will return to form and San Diego will run away with their division.  For now, I'll pick Buffalo as a wild card as I think TO will help them enough on offense to help produce an additional win or two that'll help them squeak into the playoffs.

GB I think is in for a rebound as their defense stank last year.  I think Chicago still has defensive problems and I can't trust Tarvaris Jackson.  Atlanta has never had two straight winning seasons and I think that continues this year.  I think NO finally shows something on defense that allows them to get in.
