Cena is what the Rock would've been had they never let him become The Rock and left him as Rocky Maivia.

Cena sells T Shirts to 10 year olds.. figure out a way for him to still be loved by the kids but let him rage on his haters.

So... throwing a retired guy in the back of a limo and repeatedly reversing it into other cars is fine. But choking someone out with a tie?! YOU CAN'T DO THAT!!!

Gah. I wonder if Bret and the 7 NXT guys will be punished for taking part in such a terrible and immoral angle.... :coffee:

EDIT: I see D made the same point in the 'Daniel Bryan released' thread....

I thought Barrett was great at the start of the show. He's a good talker for sure. Also nice to see that they remembered about the PPV this weekend and added a few more matches to it. :P Miz US Champ again though?... :undecided:

I'm glad that it didn't end up with Vince leading the NXTers. I don't think anyone really wants to see that. Having them beat Vince up helps their badass level. :D (Though I'm not sure that some of the crowd chanting "NXT!" at the end was what Vince wanted to hear....) Danielson as Raw GM maybe? :P ;D

Also, Bourne and Jericho's match seemed to feature most of the big spots that the one at F4W did. The Hurricanrana off the top rope, Jericho's counter into the Walls....

Where were Santino and Henry?  Still in hot pursuit  :P

Surely I wasn't the only one who thought Ezekiel Jackson was going to be the upgrade?

I'm liking the NXT thing, I was briefly pissed off with it when Vince was revealed as being behind it, but having them turn on him was superb, and the fans may have been chanting "NXT", but heck, look at it this way, they got a hell of a reaction, put people with Vince and you get over!

So NXT go from running from Santino and Mark Henry to beating down a bunch of 60 year old legends............

RAW was actually enjoyable for me. Sure there was not much wrestling on there, and sure the first 15 minutes of the show sucked, but the rest of the show was alright. Santino vs Kozlov is lame, but it is some what amusing...maybe...possibly.

I loved the Edge/Rob Zombie segment, and then Edge's promo and flash back was just amazing. I love that kind of stuff. "I took the song back...."  :owned:

The RAW Money in the bank match looks like it is going to steal the show. Young talent and Veterans is a very good combo to teach the youngsters. No idea who wins that match right now, but as the weeks go on maybe I can develop a prediction.

Sheamus vs Cena's Cage Match at MITB could be good only because it is a Cage Match. If it was just an ordinary match then I would not be looking forward to it much at all.

Rob Zombie may have been the most pointless guest host yet. And it wasn't really his fault, they only used him in one segment and that was it! :lol2:

I wonder how many people in attendance actually knew what they were talking about when they mentioned Edge's theme song??.....

I'm liking the way the Nexus (as they now appear to be called) just come out and beat up random people. I actually thought Jericho was going to interrupt them at first.

Pete Rose was more pointless. Lots of others.

Rob Zombie actually knew what he was talking about IMO. A lot of guest hosts have no idea what is going on.

Not many people knew about Edge's old theme probably, which is funny.

Why even call them guest hosts now, why not just treat them like they did back in the day, here is a random celebrity.

The Nexus segment worked and it got good, but it was just too long, The Nexus took longer than they should have getting the better of the celebrities.

Conclusion of the Main Event was too PG, the crowd get into it when Miz is falling off the Ladder then fall flat when he only hits the top rope rather than clearing the ring, you can tell the fans want to see someone crash and burn.

Bah, it's wrestling dude, most post match attacks with weapons ranging from steel chairs to sledgehammers should have you shouting out why aren't these guys being arrested?  They would be in other sports, but this is wrestling, you've gotta switch off to these things, you can pick apart every show, from every promotion for the past 2 decades if you really want to.

The post match attacks can be explained away by saying as valuable assets WWE looks the other way...

But when the attacker isn't an employee it all becomes daft

now u can have the best of both worlds - but not where u stop things because someone got cut
