Why did Punk and Mysterio have a match on TV when they're fighting at the next PPV? :weightlifting:

I know the match ended on a DQ, but still....
Yeah, seemed strange.

The Kingston vs Christian match was very good, really enjoyed that.  Thought the Jack Swagger segment was amusing, it seems to be his trademark now, promo's through the ad breaks  ;D

JTG and MVP as a new team?  I think Striker does a great job at putting The Dudebusters over.

Shad's entrance music is great, well at least the first 10 seconds.

With Beth out injured who is left on Smackdown in the Women's division on the babyface side?  Tiffany AND Kelly Kelly  ???  I guess they will break up LayCool then.

Kane, Chavo Guerrero, really, does anyone care?

I hope they keep having the Big Show just dominating with the big right hand. Having him just knock people out all over the place is great booking and great viewing - after all why would he bother with proper moves when hes that big? Hopefully they will build him like this for a few weeks/months until Kofi or Christian comes in and ends his rampage, although it seems hes now a face so i dont know if thats where there going.

Christian vs Kingston was awesome. I could not turn away for one second. 2.75 star match IMO.

A Ziggler vs Christian feud, I like it, as long as they keep the midget away from it.  Ziggler should benefit from this, he really is on a role at the moment (creatively), and this could be that feud to finally take him to the next level.

Big Show as a face is really working, very amusing.

hello,

I think RAW made a mistake by sending Candice Michelle there i think they shoulda put Melina to give her a decent push for the Women's title.

I just don't like MNM but i like Melina more then them.

Melina scored a victory over Torrie at GAB 2005 and i think she should've been picked to RAW after that performance.

Ziggler is yet to do anything wrong IMO. Every match has been watchable at least and his promo work is great. Ziggler and Christian have probally been two of the most consistant workers over the last 12 months and this feud looks good.

I think we did, but he was complimenting Melina so it'll be allowed. :P

Interesting to see Mysterio try and be nice to Kane on SD, despite the fact that it wasn't long ago when Kane supposedly beat the hell out of him in a car park somewhere.... Is this all going to lead to it being revealed that it was Kane who attacked Taker?

Hmm, the net is awash with rumours that smackdown was actually good...

May have to start watching again but my doctor says one more mention of 'the wwe universe' may push me over the edge...

I hope not, I really don't want enough feud between those two.  Logically you give the blame to a new debuting supernatural character, who instantly gets over by having such a high profile feud.  Well either that or for comedy value you choose Rey Mysterio, or hell Mordecai, or even Billy Gunn, I hear he has a window in his schedule somewhere....  8)

I'd pay just to hear them explain how Billy Gunn managed to get The Undertaker in a 'vegetative state'. Would be amusing viewing.

As for "WWE Universe" mentions, I'd say Raw is worse for it. Cole and Lawler seem to be the main offenders there, though Smackdown does get a few mentions in. Someone should do a count (though doing that could also lead to a vegetative state :P).....

Smackdown was AWESOME. Better than one of the RAW's I went to back in 2008 for sure. I saw 4 hours of wrestling, and I paid 34 bucks for my seat. Once I upload the pictures, I will show you some of them here.

My seats were perfect, and they were better than some floor seats. Floor seats are only good if you are tall or you are in the first 5-7 rows.

I saw every single wrestler on Smackdown that they usually use. NO HORNSWOGGLE! YESSSS!

McIntyre seemed to be getting some pretty good heat this week which is good. 8)

And is Christian a heel now? :o Surely not. Hopefully that was just to get over the fact that it's every man for himself at MITB, though he seemed to be getting a few boos....
