Game is ran great 99.999999 percent of the time

I apologize for going a bit overboard but why the heck am I gonna give out free info when I am going to win a wrestler for 80k?

Jim outbids me but does it wrong, it shouldn't count, so I am going to post and say "hey dude, u gotta put the wrestler's name so it counts" also, congrats for taking a wrestler I want.

Hell no. This  is a competition

Certainly this time, u knew who he was talking about, but what if it would've been in previous games where we have multiple bids goin on? it wouldn't count would it?

I will keep the team I have till the end of the game. I don't want the guy now, cause if I win him, and then win the game, someone will be able to spout some bullshit trying to taint my win.

so I don't give a **** if my whole team gets injured, I won't drop or add anybody this entire game.

Why wouldn't you mate? Seriously! This is a friendly game. Why wouldn't just PM Jim and ask. Would you really wanna win by being shady? coz thats the way i see it mate if i'm honest. I'm all for taking the game seriously if thats the way you wanna play but staying quiet knowing someone has made a mistake isn't in the spirit of how i view the game.

I know you are a "win at all costs guy" but personally i wouldn't wanna win like that. And the worst thing of all is that you have a good team... there is no need to be Shady.

You also have to remember that new people playing this game deserve to understand the game and stuff like this isn't gonna help them.

I promise not to use it as an excuse and i'll assume that if you lose you won't use it as an excuse to why you didn't win. Good Good thats sorted.

Do you mean aside when experienced members try and bend the rules to their advantage? haha

I think its good its all sorted and we can all move on. I think the conclusion is 100% fair given the complaints although i feel sorry for Jim who should have Drew by now.

Lets get back to the friendly game it should be. Its not a witchhunt D its just the way i see things and i think if you're honest you can't have many complaints.

I cry work!, or at least, I was going to, because this is ridiculous.

Even if it is not though, you two must be joking:

Jim had no idea who we were bidding on

However, I agree with D on the point about Jim's bid not counting since he didn't know who/what he was bidding on.

It was bloody obvious! At an auction you don't shout out "one hundred and twenty thousand dollars on that old chair, please !!" You just shout out "one 'undred twentee one k, k? !!"

... Alright, so maybe you just raise your hand, but the point remains, and that is that you don't need to specify what you are bidding on once bidding has opened. You merely signal your intention to raise it to the next level. In fact, you don't even have to raise your hand. Sometimes a simple nod will do.

Oh, but what if there are two auctions, what if there are two auctions... But there aren't!, and there weren't!

Anyway. I didn't read the whole thread, but I gather that bidding picked up from where it was before my bid, right?

120k drop Finlay.

Fine, I just found it a bit odd that you bid but didn't who it was you were after. :P

(Between me and you...

... I hadn't a clue!)

Oh, and due to how serious this seems to have become, I feel that I should point out now that (h-obviously) my second 120k bid was a joke. I don't intend to bid again.

Well, whatever happens in Drew McIntyre's wrestling career, to us, he'll always be the guy who instigated "bidgate" or whatever name this episode will be given.

Thats cool, Lets put this all behind us and get on with catching your punk-ass team.... who have shot off like a rocket. But you know the problem with Rockets though right.... they run out of fuel pretty quickly :hihi:

True, Mickie is certainly on borrowed time. Jericho though is my ace in the hole. I truly think he can sustain me enough to at least stick around the top 3.
