I'm likely the only one who thinks this but Chuck Palumbo with his heel biker image, he was getting alot of heat for those Jamie Noble beatdowns and then they pointlessly moved him to Raw where they didn't even let him debut. He would have been great as a top heel for ECW right now.
I think Chuck Palumbo is one of those guys who is a "Tag Team Superstar 4 Life" kind of guy.  Team him up with another big guy and they work well and fit in, problem in WWE is that just won't cut it because they want guys they see as singles stars.  I think in somewhere like TNA with another hoss he could do well.

Another one for me is Kevin Thorn, I thought the gimmick was great and with Ariel you had a unique combo that fitted ECW's new image, he had a great finisher and I think they could have used him as a stable leader of sorts, like The Flock he could of had his own bunch of misfits who eventually turn on him.  Vince didn't like that he was different thought so he made him get a hair cut, generic ring gear, drop the vampire gimmick, had he wrestle once or twice, then released him.

The Dudebusters are soon to be joining this list, the guys can wrestle, talk, yet get jobbed out at every opportunity, hopefully this gets rectified soon.
