Just got done watching Murray and Wawrinka, great match but Wawrinka must be gutted by all those break points he missed.

Is Murray playing well enough to go all the way?  He looked decent today after a poor first set and seemed strong even when his serve wasn't up to its usual standard.

Really hoping on Murray going all the way, he's improved so much the past year. Ferrero hasn't been hugely consistant so far so that could work in Murrays favour. I just hope Murray is not too fatigued from tonight.

Looking forward to Hewitt vs Roddick great players but I've really gotten behind Hewitt lately so I hope he progresses.

He'll have to play better to win. No Doubt. His Serve has to be up around the 65% mark for him to have a chance at the title. I think he should beat Ferrero though and beat him quite comfortably recently. Tiredness is his only problem now. He really needs a straight sets win just for the rest time.

The good news is that Murray can definatly play better. And they always say that true champions "Play Badly and Win"

Nice win for Murray, once he recovered his serve in the second set the look on Ferrero's face said, "I can't win this", Murray tore him apart and Ferrero just looked defeated from that point on.

After watching Federer just now its very worrying for Murray and Roddick because the Federer of today seems unstoppable.  Its a shame Nadal is injured because I think he would of struggled this year with Federer to.

I really hope Federer wins.... goes out on his own in terms of GS titles and goes back to No.1.

He has been the best player all tournament and deserves it IMO

They surprised the hell out of me, I like most thought Federer in straight sets.

13-12 Federer in the 5th, and the match rolls on...

I thought Federer in 4, but i did not expect 16-14 in the 5th with Federer only managing to break once in 5 sets

Maybe its just the Brit nature in me rooting for the underdog but I'm gutted Roddick didn't win, Roddick probably thought what else can I do?  He played great.  That last game of his though he was miss hitting so many points you knew even if he aced his way out of it he was done, but who wouldn't be after that many games.

Roddick could've been this great his entire career but for whatever reason hasn't lived up to his potential.

I think he got too enriched in the celebrity lifestyle.

Has Roddick really been lazy or just had bad/the wrong trainers.

I'm not 100% but I thought the commentators said how he changed his trainer/coach the other year and since then his game has been much improved, much like MMA and poor camps.

Well, the responsibility ultimately lies upon the athlete IMO.

If u are in a **** camp and stay there, that is your fault. I see Roddick as sort of a Anna Kournikova type.

got the fortune and fame and stopped working

Andre Agassi did it also only he was able to get his ass in gear and win some grand slams.

I still think that although Federer is an all time great, he isn't the greatest and he has played in kind of a shitty era of tennis with not much competition.

How many HOF players are in his class? Nadal but how many when Federer was winning all those slams consecutively?
