Funny People

Definitely the best Adam Sandler movie ever. I think with age his movies are getting more mature which is a good thing. This movie had the perfect blend of laugh out loud moments and serious scenes. Although it was one of the best movies I've seen all year it did run a little long though. It's like 2 and a half hours which is really long for a movie of it's kind. Still, I'd give it 9/10.

Uncovered (1994)  Kate Beckinsale (with short tomboyish hair) in a pretty boring adaptation of "The Flanders Panel" novel by Arturo Perez Reverte.  He wrote The Club Dumas which was the basis for the Johnny Depp film "The Ninth Gate."

The film is only noteworthy because it features Beckinsale's only full frontal **** scene(s) in a film.

That movie blew people away back then. Nothing like it had ever been seen before.

The Invention of Lying.

Right, no ****. Hand on heart. 1 out of ten, worst film of the year. One of the worst films that I have seen in my life.

Grumpier Old Men

Sophia Loren is so fuckable in this flick even though she was in her sixties then.  She's been married to the same guy forever, but there is no way in hell she wasn't **** young guys back then looking like that.

Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring

Every bit as epic as the first time I saw it. Going to watch "The Two Towers" tonight.

Quantum of Solace, it had his moments (some of the action scenes), but it just felt, not quite right, not that I didn't enjoy it, but it didn't live up to the promise of Craig's first effort.

Ghostbusters on Bluray--funnier than I remember.

The Tournament--basically Battle Royale remade in Britain with a few tweaks.  Enjoyable but it gets predictable at the very end.
